Recording SSO for Ali’s Wedding

I’ve just spent a fantastic 3 days at Trackdown Studios in Sydney, recording a new Nigel Westlake film score with Sydney Symphony Orchestra. The feature, “Ali’s Wedding”, directed by Jeffrey Walker, will open later this year, and it looks like a cracker! The score features soloists Joseph Tawadros, Slava Grigoryan and Lior. I’ll be mixing in surround next week, and then looking at the soundtrack album as well.
