MIJF x MSO in concert

Last night was the opening night gala concert for the 2021 Melbourne International Jazz Festival, and it was incredible to feel music vibrate the air at Hamer Hall again. MSO was joined by the Vanessa Perica Orchestra and a handful of great vocalists for a night of Big Band and Orchestra mashups. Arrangements were so awesome!

Sound at FOH was a hand full, but all went to plan and I think it sounded great!
